Consequently, the main purpose of our After Sales department is to follow through with clients on any comments or product flaws after delivery and installation. Moreover, prior to execution, a written agreement is signed with our customers offering a time warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years (based on product features), provided that customers comply with our contract terms.
